We offer free FedEx Ground Home Delivery for orders over $75 within the Contiguous United States.

Shipping Times

In stock orders usually leave our office in 1 to 2 business days, Monday - Friday, excluding holidays. You will be contacted in case of delayed shipping or back-ordered products.

Order Changes

Please email us at info@thesoftlanding.com with order changes right away and we will do our best to make revisions to your order if possible. If you require more than a one or two changes made to your order, we may require that your original order be canceled and a new order be placed to expedite the process.

International Orders:

Tariffs and duties are NOT included in shipping costs. You are responsible for paying these fees as set by your country when your shipment arrives.

Delivery Times (not including handling times of 1-2 business days)

  • USPS First Class and Priority 2-5 business days to U.S. Mainland and 5-9 business days to U.S. Non-mainland

  • USPS International Mail: approximately 2-3 weeks. Delivery time is NOT guaranteed, as packages may be help up at your country's border. No tracking number is provided by the U.S. Postal Service

  • FedEx Ground Home Delivery: please see U.S. shipping map above for estimated delivery times

  • FedEx International Deliver: 7-10 business days, depending on shipping address


  • Return Policy

    We want you to be delighted with your purchase. Most purchases in new, unused condition can be returned within 30 days for a refund, assuming all of the following criteria are met:

    1) It is returned with all original documentation and packaging. Sealed packages must be unopened and in new, resellable condition.

    2) Manufacturer tags are intact.

    3) It is in unused condition.

    >> You must notify us of damaged / defective products within 5 business days from the date of delivery. In the event that a product is defective or damaged in shipping, TheSoftLanding.com will provide an equivalent replacement item. In some cases, the manufacturer may want to replace a defective part rather than replacing an entire item. If a replacement is not available, TheSoftLanding.com will issue a full refund including all shipping charges.

    >> Products returned without a Return Authorization number are subject to a 25% restocking fee, due to additional processing costs caused by unexpected returns.

    >> Return Authorization numbers are good for 30 days from the time they are issued.
