Shipping Policy

We ship worldwide from Olathe, KS (66061)

$6.95 Flat Rate for U.S. Mainland Customers only (2-5 days shipping time, not including handling). Alaska and Hawaii will be treated as international customers, but will have the option to choose an upgraded shipping level (You will still have the option to choose a flat rate $6.95 for parcel post, but it may take up to 3 weeks in shipping time).

Shipping Times

In stock orders leave our office in 1 to 2 business days, Monday - Friday, excluding holidays. You will be contacted in case of delayed shipping or back ordered products.

Order Changes

Please email us at info@thesoftlanding.com with order changes before 1:00pm CST on business days, as packages may have already been shipped. If you require more than 1-2 changes made to your order, we may require that your original order be canceled and a new order be placed to expedite the process.

Canadian Orders:

Please select "Canada Int'l Shipping" from the shipping method drop down menu after entering your shipping address. Shipping charges will be automatically calculated during checkout. Tariffs and duties will not be added, so you are responsible for paying these fees when your shipment arrives.

For all other INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

Please choose "International Shipping" from the shipping method menu. Shipping charges will be calculated after your purchase. You will be notified with a new total via e-mail within 48-72 hours.

**PLEASE NOTE: We are unable to provide shipping quotes prior to ordering, but you will have the opportunity to cancel your order if shipping costs are unacceptable to you (your credit card will not be charged).

Return Policy

We want you to be delighted with your purchase. Most purchases in new, unused condition can be returned within 30 days for a refund, assuming all of the following criteria are met:

1) It is returned with all original documentation and packaging.

2) Manufacturer tags are intact.

3) It is in unused condition.

You must notify us of damaged / defective products within 5 business days from the date of delivery. In the event that a product is defective or damaged in shipping, TheSoftLanding.com will provide an equivalent replacement item. In some cases, the manufacturer may want to replace a defective part rather than replacing an entire item. If a replacement is not available, TheSoftLanding.com will issue a full refund including all shipping charges.

Products returned without a Return Authorization # are subject to a 25% restocking fee, due to additional processing costs caused by unexpected returns. Used items and items without original packaging returned without an RA # will not be credited. Items that are returned with missing pieces and/or parts will not be refunded and will be shipped back to the customer at customer's expense.
